"Very nice hotel with excellent service. Front desk was always very helpful and informative. Cleaning staff did an awesome job. Outdoor pools are not heated and were too cold to swim in but the indoor pool was quite nice. Fountain outside our room was in disrepair. I had Green curry with rice for supper and it was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay."

"Close access to the beach and the spectacular cliff walks. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts might have benefited from a little more variety but food was good. Access to Lagos was quite easy whether walking or taking car. "

"We had a fantastic family holiday here in September 2025. Great location on the edge of Praia da Rocha and a short walk from Praia do Vau. We love the family friendly atmosphere and accommodating nature of Portugal which made our trip with a 9 month old easier than we expected. The hotel is well styled and gives a sense of luxury the moment you step inside. Our room was perfect with plenty of space for a cot bed and playtime. The room was very quiet apart from a little traffic noise which can’t be controlled. Our bathroom had a bath which was ideal for our baby. All parts of the hotel were thoroughly cleaned by the lovely hotel staff. The hotel pool is small but perfectly adequate for a relaxing dip to cool down, and with the beaches close by, it was never too crowded. We had a great time and believe the whole experience was great value! Special thanks to Vivian on front desk for being so lovely with our daughter! Would definitely recommend a stay here and we would certainly go back!"

"Great hotel. Lots of selection at Breakfast. Very Clean rooms and general area. We did not stay at the pool but it looked very nice. I think the staff made this place. Miguel at the front desk gave us such great food recommendations and was very passionate which was nice to see. Also Mayana at breakfast was so sweet and helped us with a care package as we had to leave very early before breakfast started on our last day. The beach was a few minute walk away and was lovely to stay at. "

"It is right next to the beach and all the popular attractions. Great room with plenty of space. Surprisingly there are no outlets in the bathroom. Had to plug my toothbrush in the outlet near the bed??? "
