Ver van de gewenste voorzieningen

Mooie locatie. Geen voorzieningen op loopafstand dus altijd met de auto over bochtige wegen. Google maps stuurt je over hele smalle wegen naar Moneglia.

Schönes Häuschen mit sehr schönem Ausblick

Pelletsofen, schöner Ausblick, tolle Terrasse mit Jacuzzi, Grill, Hängematte, Sonnenliegen und Esstisch. Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich.

Nous avons apprécié la maison et son environnement. La rampe d'accès est impressionnante la première fois qu'on la prend, mais on s'y habitue très vite. La plupart des maison de cette côte où la montagne plonge dans la mer en sont équipées. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'apercevoir la Corse au loin .

Bon séjour

La propriété était propre et bien située (proche de la mer) et calme. Tout le confort nécessaire était présent. Le chemin d'accès est assez étroit, c'est un peu déroutant la première fois mais on fini par s'y habituer. De façon générale les rues et routes sont étroites dans la région.

Perfect!

The house has a magnificent view. Well equipped and comfortable. We enjoy everything there. There are plenty to do to relax. hot tub ,barbecue on the terrace, fireplace etc. the location is good. By car we can easily reach many great destinations like Beaches and seaside towns. The nearest beach took us ten minutes to drive. We have been to Genoa cinque Terre and Pisa during the time of staying. We absolutely would comeback again.

Schönes Haus

Alles wunderbar. Netter Vermieter. Auf Anliegen wird unmittelbar eingegangen. Im Online Auftritt sollte ersichtlich sein, dass zwei Häuser aneinandergebaut sind. Es war so ringhörig, dass man sogar den Toilettengang, die Gespräche und das Stühlerücken der anderen Mieter mitbekommen hat.

Endoit calme et bien situé

L'emplacement est calme, idéal pour visiter les environs et la terrasse est très agréable. La maison est plutôt bien équipée sauf le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) qui n'est pas fourni et doit être payé en plus (20€) Autre petit bémol : la maison accolée dont on entend les bruits (tuyauterie, cris enfants ...)

Everything perfect

We enjoyed our holidays in Crova. House perfect, in the middle of the nature (with only few houses in the neighborhood) Very nice hosts. A little hint for those who don't like too small and curvy roads : If you want to drive down to Moneglia, don't follow the navigation. Take the second road marked "Moneglia", and not the first marked "Crova" . It's still curvy, but a little bit larger and in better condition. It's only 2 kilometers longer.

Très chouette villa avec une vue magnifique

Enchanté par notre séjour, la villa est très agréable (petit plus pour la deuxième salle de bain à l’étage) et dispose d’un agréable jardin+terrasse extérieure avec une vue imprenable sur la mer Mention spéciale pour la disponibilité et la discrétion de Flávio. Seuls (petits) points négatifs (qui ne gâchent en rien le séjour) - Attention aux moustiques le soir - la pelouse est arrosée plusieurs fois (trop?) pendant la nuit, elle reste humide pendant une grande partie de la journée - le chemin d’accès depuis la route est vraiment raide et étroit, ça surprend au début mais on s’y habitue Petit conseil: pour aller en ville, évitez Moneglia ( la route d’accès est très étroite il est parfois difficile voire impossible de croiser une autre voiture), préférez Siestri Levante via la SS1 très bien aménagée et facile (10 min pour aller en ville)
