This house features wide waterfront views, a wrap-around porch on the main level, sunroom off of the kitchen, gas grill, a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Lower level includes a TV in the great room, a ping pong table, and full laundry with washer & dryer. 2 Dog Limit. No other animals allowed. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only.

PLUS: Private dock. Please note this property is on the main channel, so watercraft must be secured appropriately with provided cleats and buoys (not provided) in order to prevent damage to the watercraft and/or the dock. Fire pit in backyard with surrounding chairs. Off-Street parking for 4 vehicles. All Linens & towels included. Professionally cleaned & sanitized. Concierge style hospitality services. (Boat Lift not available for guest use)

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is excellent for walking, running, and biking. It is 10 miles from Smith Mountain Lake State Park.

HOUSE RULES & SECURITY: No smoking & no events. Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Flexible stays, minimum 3-night stay. Contactless arrival & departure. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only.

Pet/ESA Friendly: Guest is responsible for damage caused by pets.
- No more than two pets per unit
- Clean up after your pet, inside as well as outside
- Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate
- Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it
- Pets outside must be on a leash
- No pets allowed on beds or furniture
- No wet pets allowed in the house - Dry your pet outside with your own towels
- Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds, furniture, or linens, will require additional cleaning fees

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
