“Had a good stay. Would rent again . Balcony and yard not assessable yet as still being developed”

“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. “The communication with our host was not proper. She didn’t let us know how to check in, we had to wait outside her house for 30 minutes, after driving for more than 7 hours and end up calling expedia customer care to get in contact with her as she didn't left any instructions nor she responded to my messages.
