This is easily the nicest Best Western Inn that I have ever stayed in. It's not fancy, but it is very clean, recently redecorated, and managed by a team that knows how to do their jobs.

The individuals we interacted with were very nice. Unfortunately, the facility needs to be updated and deeply cleaned. The king size bed was a worn mattress on a , kid you not, metal platform. There were no box springs. We stayed a total of three nights and our room was Never cleaned or serviced. After the first night we asked for fresh towels and were told our room would be cleaned after our second night there. After staying the second night, room still not cleaned, trash not emptied and were told that since we weren't in the room, they could not clean the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Being a part of the Best Western chain apparently means the owners are apparently allowed to set their own poor standards and not provide the normal services one expects from Best Western especially at a total price of $499 for three nights!

Breakfast was good, the room they first put us in was filthy, bathroom was extra dirty so I asked to switch rooms, the second room was as dirty as the first. Filthy bathroom. I cleaned the bathroom before I could shower. I asked for refund or discount, they were very rude and called me a liar. Never ever will return

The location is close to outlet which we booked it. The odd thing the property was next to a car wash and our window faced to it. It had a lot of noises at night. The last car wash was at 11:45. The bed and chair were saggy. The most odd thing was the water from shower very oily. You felt greasy afterwards. Not sure why. We reported to the front desk on checkout. Overall, the rating on this property was over rated. We were at room 108.
