Casa di Nonna Tosca is located in Montecarlo, near Lucca, and offers a beautiful panoramic view. It's the perfect choice for those wishing to explore Tuscany by car while staying in a peaceful countryside setting, away from the city bustle.



Spread over three floors, the house features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to seven guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. There are two private open terraces, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Outside, you'll find a fenced private area with garden furniture. Two parking spaces are available on the property.



On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with an open kitchen and a storage room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. The first floor has the main bedroom, a twin room, and the bathroom. Also on the first floor is a third bedroom with a double bed. The recently renovated home has two entrances: one from the back courtyard and one from the front.

Authentic Italian family house with super super nice owner

Pros: I really love the owner and the hospitality she provided. The house is lovely, with a kitchen and free private parking. Driving around is easy.
