Upgraded to have our rooms upgraded to ocean view. One Wes not ready, had to stay at the other tower for a night, was then going to be upgraded to a suite, didn’t happen. Supposed to get a special gift basket that those rooms get, never happened. Front desk Wes very helpfull, supervisor not so much. ...

The location of the hotel was great, given that it was right on the main street, making things easily accessible. The hotel bordered a gully though, which was in a deplorable state.
