Overall the resort is a nice property but the service is a little slow and cleanliness of the showers in the suites could be better. Also for a resort in Jamaica the resort should have more Jamaican food options in the buffet restaurant.

Most of the staff are not friendly and they are not very helpful. The female receptionist at the spa was rude and did not reserve my spa time like she was suppose to. The room service was extremely slow and most of the items on the menu were not available. There were a few things that were okay, but we will not return to this property.

The only thing to mention is when there are 3 people listed as occupying the room that the staff needs to give the appropriate amount of toiletries such as towels, wash rags, and toothbrushes.
