“Wi-Fi is a bit slow and not consistent.”

“beaty of nature hard to describe. super friendly and helpful stuff”

“Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in”

“Imcredible hotel and location. Perfect for a slow life getaway. Room is big and staff is kind. Food was delicious”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We loved every minute. The hotel and buildings are stunning, the landscaping and surrounding area is so picturesque, and the facilities, especially the spa, are top quality. The food was incredible. A little bit on the pricey side for dinner, but certainly fine dining. Breakfast was great - the pastries are all made fresh. Every single staff member was super friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Jessica, who gave me one of the best……

“We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car……

“整體周遭環境很棒，酒吧跟餐廳也一級棒。房間就很普通啦。”

“Buen hotel. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable, hablaba español y me explicó muy bien los servicios del hotel. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Sin duda, regresaré.”

“Close to exit of the highway, noisy in midnight if you open your window. Good restaurant and winery nearby. Parking lot available.”

“A wonderful stay at The Club House. This is a gorgeous place in a beautiful setting in the heart of Chianti. The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food delicious. We have been to wonderful hotels all over the world but this place is really special. It was our second visit (we stayed in August 2025). Everything was great but if I had to be picky I would say the gym is insanely hot in the morning (despite asking for the air con to be put on the evening before). Also, having……

“Easy parking. Good food and great hospitality from the owner ”

“我們是朋友團體，在這裡住宿了兩晚，遇到租來的汽車拋錨，還好有很棒的櫃檯小姐幫我們致電租車公司解決問題。 景致很棒的酒莊，以後還會再來。”

“The accommodation is in a quiet area. Room is small, but comfortable and clean. Check in instructions were given as the front desk has limited hours. Finding the hotel entrance was a little confusing, but it is between the 2 buildings. The garage is around the back with a very narrow entrance for a vehicle. We opted to park outside. The breakfast was a great start to the morning and located in a seperate building. Good value for the price.”
