The Boucanet district offers calm and tranquility, ideal for a family. The beach is 100m away on foot. At the bottom of the building you will find a bakery, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable store, a hairdresser, an esthetician, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's office, a vival grocery store, a doctor, restaurants, a cinema, a playground for children, and a farmers market on Friday morning. The apartment offers a maximum of 6 beds. ATTENTION => Minimum reservation is 4 nights! You have a large living room with equipped kitchen: a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a TV, an iron and an ironing board, a sofa bed for 2 people and some games for children. The bedroom has 2 double beds (mezzanine) and a storage cupboard in the loggia. The bathroom with shower / WC and storage cupboard. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace, and offers an exceptional view of the sea. Parking in the residence or in front / behind the residence. Nearby, you can go to the Seaquarium and / or go pony and horse riding. Located 8 minutes from downtown on foot, to enjoy beautiful walks on the port. Bed linen and towels not provided.
