Safe, clean, convenient location and prompt service. Easy check in and check out. Confortable mattress. Good AC. On the downside, the property is dated and it shows in the pool area and in the rooms. We had a stained carpet, faulty desk chair, creaky shower door and unaligned main door (when closing it didn't lock although maintenance offered a temporary solution for the duration of our stay).

Very conveniently located close to old town and the heart of downtown Montreal, Courtyard offers a comfortable stay at a walkable distance from many major attractions and with some good views of the downtown. The underground parking ensured safety and we hardly had to take the car out throughout our stay. Even the staff is friendly. Recommended if anyone is in search of a place close to Chinatown, Old town and Basilique Notre-Dame De Montréal.
