Very convenient to Old Montreal! Great location to visit Old Montreal to experience the history and French culture. Had a toilet malfunction in the early morning hours That could have been addressed better.

The hotel was great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location waa fantastic. There is shopping and food options attached in addition to the in hotel dining and bar which were top notch.

The location is good. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. However, room does not have enough lighting, very dark, maybe missing a lamp over the sofa chair. The small fridge is useless, it is not even cool. On opening the cabinet door to the fridge, heat waves come out as there is no vent at the backside of the fridge. I booked this hotel via Expedia .ca, it just mentioned parking is free. What it means is valet parking included in the room charge, but nothing was mentioned in the document . On arrival to hotel, there was no one at the front of the hotel, so we went to the underground parking thinking they will stamp the parking tag on our departure. We did not use the valet parking at check out and was told we have to pay on the parking fee as we did not get a "tag" from whoever that did the check in! It was only after some dispute they waived the parking charge. I expect a bit for for being IGH chain hotel.
