My stay at the Sheraton was highly disappointing. We had a travel emergency and had to book a hotel on short notice, so I looked at reviews and booked this one mainly for its amenities. The price was pretty high but it felt worth it since it's a reputable hotel chain. The room itself was not great: no fan in the bathroom, the soap dispenser was broken and the bar soap was poor quality. We were on the 12th floor and it was loud all night. The AC was really loud as well and kept us up. The walls were also so thin that you can hear any and every conversation happening in the hallway. There were barely any outlets in the room. The coffee maker is not good quality and ended up spewing burning hot water out. I booked through Expedia and when I went down to check if we could cancel the second night to go elsewhere, the manager was extremely rude and essentially shoo'ed us away. I ultimately got an answer as to why I couldn't receive a refund from the very kind Expedia customer service agent. The other staff was really lovely, though. Overall, not worth the price at all. From the cacophony of discordant sounds to the manager's attitude, and the quality of amenities - this property left a lot to be desired. Wouldn't recommend unless you get a good deal.

I'll definitely book a reservation here again. Overall it is the convenience of the location, the cleanliness and safety that the hotel and staff offer, which are great. Very convenient location for travellers. This is a busy hotel, with decent rooms and amenities including a lovely swimming pool and gym. The restaurant breakfast was unfortunately most uninspiring; a barely warm omelette home fries and not the most attentive servers for coffee refills. The King Bed mattress a bit lumpy in comparison to a competitor mattress I stayed at 2 weeks prior. Also, noise from elevators very distracting. Bathroom sink caulking and trim around interior edge of swimming pool needs updating. Made for a very shabby look unfortunately. Concierge knowledgeable, excellent recommendations for local businesses. Fabulous nail salon around the corner and many wonderful restaurants and shops in the area. Very close to Peel Metro station, so easy access to many other parts of this great city and the Sheraton has easy connections using to the Metro to the Airport.

Wonderful spot that is a short (32 minute) walk to Old Montreal. The parking is worth paying the valet fee. The pool was fun for the kids, a good size for adults to wade and do short laps, as well. The elevators are roomy and extremely fast. I could go down 20 floors, grab a coffee at Starbucks (off the mainfloor lobby) and get back up to my room in under 5 minutes. The hotel restaurant made a lovely breakfast.

We loved the hotel location which was at a walking distance to almost everything on our to-do list. The personnel is very attentive and helpful, they also keep the property in a very good shape. The rooms and the hallways are very clean. The King room we were staying was of a decent size and had everything we needed. The shower are was spacious, with both showers working smoothly and efficiently. The only thing for improvement: make the in-room AC working quieter. Though it did not disturb us at night, some people’s sleep could be affected by the AC humming, I think.
