I would be ok having to pay a fair price for that, because being able to drink cold water is a health matter.”

“This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic.
The staff here are superbly hospitable.
The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective.
Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent.
Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,……

“Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening.
The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all.
The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the……
“We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret.
The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants.

“Die Lage war super und das Zimmer sauber, aber im Sommer keine gute Wahl. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Fenster ging zur Straße und der Verkehr war auch nachts sehr laut.
Ein Frühstück gibt es nicht, nur kostenpflichtige Automaten. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, man muss selbst am PC ein- und auschecken...”
