“We had a lovely time with three nights at the hotel cottages with children age 3,9 and 12. The cottage was esthetic and functional perfectly for our needs. The pool was great, we had a great time, and only busy in the afternoon. Bikes available in all sizes, was great for the kids to get around and playing for hours.

“Unreliable. On the day of arrival, I requested information on access to property. The next message received from agent was a cancellation. This property is on multiple sites and not managed.”

“Booked and paid for room through expedia however when we arrived late at night the reception was closed and the machine to get access would not accept our booking reference. We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car. We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused Needless to say will never use again”
