“Ilse hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hatten einen sehr netten Austausch. Sie ist unglaublich fürsorglich und immer mit Antworten und Infos zur Stelle Als Ausgangspunkt für den Addo NP ist es perfekt. 7 Autominuten zum South Gate. Das Zimmer wirkt eher dunkel und die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir das kleine Appartement Richtung Strasse und konnten aufgrund des LKW Verkehrs sehr schlecht schlafen.”

“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on……

“I am not the one to write bad reviews… but this time … my husband and I were more than disappointed with the whole experience. First, when we checked in the bathroom had not been cleaned . We were also given a prone under the category we had booked. The doors in the kitchenette were falling off, the fridge froze all our food…We had bad weather while we were there and rain water was all over the floor one morning when we woke up. The air dryer was missing … I had to ask 3 times to finally have……

“(+) Positiv - netter Empfang der Dame zu Beginn - gute Parkplätze, eigene Fernbedienung für das Tor - gepflegter kleiner Pool - geräumiges Zimmer (-) Negativ - trotz dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme vorab bzgl. unserer Essensvorstellungen (aus Allergiegründen vegane Ernährung erforderlich) und erneuter Thematisierung bei Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Buffet geführt, an dem es nahezu ausschließlich Fleisch und Milchprodukte gab. Aus Verlegenheit wurde uns mit Brühe versalzenes Gemüse als Alternative……
