“Clean room”

“Perfecte locatie. We verbleven 1 nacht en namen deel aan de gamedrive. Prachtig!”

“It was raining and the walls were leaking. Toilet was not cleaned well. Room was hot and couldnt keep the windows open due to no screens, people making noise outside and someone smoking near our window. No black out curtains so all night light was shining through window. The young man Hillary, tried everything to make our stay comfortable. he has a great personality.”

“There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.”

“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on……

“Hotel was nice, although we were the only guests, which felt slightly strange. There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. We went to a nice restaurant within walking distance but the location didn't really feel ideal.”

“When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment ”

“This is a beautifully restored house with an old charm. I enjoyed the big room and wonderful dinner. I will return for sure!”

“Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Zimmer war ebenfalls gut und das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Als kleinen Hinweis für die Gastgeber wäre noch zu überlegen, eine weitere indirekte Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen.”
