Of course theres sometimes noice from the trains but it didn't bother us at all (very few trains at night time). The breakfast was nice and it was served at our terrace. Beautiful old bridge lead from the hotel quarters across the train tracks to the beach. Beach was mostly inhabited by locals, and was fine for a dip and a lunch/drink/dinner. We asked to check in early (arrived at 6 AM), and this request was accepted at no extra charge. Please be careful the ants when you leave foods on the table. The garden is beautiful,and the beach is very close to the hotel but need to use stairs to the beach to across the railway. There is the railway very close to the hotel, so pretty noisy when the train came. Expensive. Not worth for the money paid. Booking says Buffet Breakfast but only served in the Room. In addition, extra guest fee for kid was charged but no breakfast or extra bed was provided for the kid. Over and above, WIFI was not working in the room and had to go to reception every time. What we didn't expected, were the railways next to the beach. Along the beach (in that area) aren't hotels that have a direct access to the beach but are disconnected by a rail way. However, our hotel had a smart, nice solution by creating a own private way to the railways with a small private bridge. The place itself is rather for people that don't pay attention on high standards but a low price and rather want to visit Sri lanka than staying in the hotel. They were very kind to let us stay a bit over the checking out time and helped generally out when we asked for. However, here in Sri Lanka water seemed to be surprisingly expensive and it is recommended to buy it in a supermarket to avoid buying their hotel water that is not included in the hotel and extra charged. The place was nice, the rooms clean and comfortable (pay rather extra and get an AC). The bathroom wasn't comfortable and a bit stinky (I advise the management to put some air refreshening stuff into the bathroom and to use some towel softener). We booked a buffet, however, we outside of the season time and they prepared our breakfast for us and brang it to our room. Eggs, sausages, ham, fruits, toast, marmalade, butter, tasty fresh juices, coffee or tea. It was ok, rather standard. The country itself is cheap and poor, so the hotel appears for local people of higher standards, and in certain ways it is nice, but the noise fromvthe train was loud. ##### san ### 10/10 Excelente #### Babj e Dany, Ospedaletti 14 mar. 2015 Le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, condiciones de la propiedad y comodidad de las habitaciones #### Delizioso, immerso nella natura Hotel con camere indipendenti in splendide villette a due piani immerse in un bellissimo parco-giardino adiacente alla spiaggia. Ogni camera con il suo spazio esterno dotato di tavolini e sedie. Consigliamo solo di aggiungere nelle camere il frigo bar indispensabile per le calde temperature del luogo!! Per il resto nulla da dire. Pulito, staff cordiale e disponibile, colazione deliziosa ed abbondante che, se richiesto, portano in camera .
