Summary:

Stylish and luxurious home located in Mt. Pleasant; located walking distance to a grocery store, a mile from Shem Creek w/ several new chic restaurants, a 2-min ride to restaurants & shops, 5 min to the nearby beach on Sullivan's Island, and 10-min drive to downtown Charleston. The house sleeps 10 guests with 3 bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queens), 1 loft (1 King), & a pullout couch (1 Queen).



The Space:

This property is walking distance to the local Harris Teeter (supermarket), walking distance to Pitt Street Bridge in Historic Old Village of Mt. Pleasant, and a quick hop over to Sullivan’s Island Beach.

Perfect Property

Our stay at the Southern Charming New Home was delightful! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet modern feel. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The four bedrooms provided comfortable sleeping arrangements, and we appreciated the extra sofa beds for additional flexibility. The location was perfect – just minutes from the beach and close to downtown. It was convenient to explore nearby attractions, and we appreciated being close to restaurants and shops. Overall, our stay was fantastic! The home was a beautiful and comfortable retreat that suited our group perfectly

The house is spotless and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient - Harris Teeter within walking distance! as well as several restaurants. The host is very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend your stay here.

This was the best stay we've had at a VRBO. Alex was super responsive. The interior is nicely decorated, well stocked, comfortable! Additional bonus space is out back - fire pit area, small deck w/ dining/sitting area. I would def stay here again if we come back to the area!

The perfect house!

We absolutely loved our experience at this house! It was perfect for a group of 8 girlfriends within a short drive to Shem Creek and downtown Charleston. The house was SO clean and well furnished and the hosts were fantastic. I would easily stay here again!
