"Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer das für mich geräumig genug war. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas bei.Das Loft ist vom bahnhof in gut 5Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.Wenn man durch den angrenzenden Kurpark läuft ist man ebenfalls in ca 4-5 minuten in der Orts Mitte.
Hotel war Sauber und Pesonal feundlich.Ich würde es auf jedenfall wieder Buchen."

"Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". "We kwamen laat aan en daarom had ik ook voor dit hotel gekozen: inchecken mogelijk tot 22 uur volgends de info. Hoewel ik bij de boeking had aangegeven dat we er tussen 21 en 22 uur zouden zijn, was de deur al op slot. Ze zaten nog wel in de bar dus we konden erin. De sleutel hadden ze buiten klaar gelegd zodat we erin hadden gekund. Dat hadden we echter zelf moeten verzinnen. Van de communicatie had ik meer verwacht, juist omdat dat zo makkelijk is via de Hotels app.

Zimmer war zwar ohne Balkon aber zwei Fenster das war ausgleichend. Badezimmer klein aber sehr sauber und angenehm. Es gibt zwar keine Restauration im Haus aber so viele Restaurants ums Hotel so dass es nichts ausmacht. Für mich war die Matratze im zimmer zu fest aber es ging, für meinen Mann war es ok er hat sehr gut schlafen können. Wir können beide das hotel...
