"The staff is extremely rude. Behavior of entire staff is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Bathroom is full of black mold. The restaurant smells extremely bad and seems unhygienic too. "

"Not a nice experience staying in this hotel. The room size was too small to accommodate two adults and a child and they didn’t even offer a cot for the additional mattress we had requested. They don’t even have an in-house coffee tea making facilities and one needs to go out in to the corridor to make tea. For the money they are charging, it’s just not worth the stay. Opt for this hotel only if there are no alternatives."
"We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small discount for the inconvenience. The dinner lounge is beautiful and the food and the service is very good."
