“There was pros and cons to our stay. I did have to book this the day before because of another host taking off his property without informing anyone that we needed to find something else. However this host said it was okay and I’d hear something in the morn for check in. I heard nothing. Called and texted and was scared I wouldn’t have somewhere to go for my kids, I booked a hotel. I then heard from host at 1pm. Then to cancel the hotel, I lost hundreds of dollars. This is a 3rd floor apartment……
