"Indulge in breathtaking ocean views from this luxurious 7th-floor condo at One Ocean Place. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, and upscale amenities for an unforgettable vacation.
The spacious living and dining area, featuring a plush leather sectional and a new 85" TV, offers comfortable seating for six and spectacular ocean vistas. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a blender and coffee maker to a full set of cookware and dishes.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds with private access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with granite countertops, walk-in showers].
Enjoy resort-style amenities including two oceanfront swimming pools, sundecks, hot tubs, and private beach access with outdoor showers. Covered parking is available with clearance ranging from 6' below level to 7'3" on all upper levels. Two elevators serve each tower for your convenience. Two parking passes will be in your unit upon arrival; please display them in your vehicles. No trailers or golf carts are permitted. No smoking and no pets allowed. All linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is six.
One Ocean is conveniently located near the best attractions. My personal favorite, The Gulf Stream Cafe, is just a short distance away. Family vacation

Home Away From Home

Spectacular View

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo and it’s our favorite at One Ocean Place. The condo was spotless and the owner is very responsive with any questions we had. Watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony is breathtaking. Carol, thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

A condo with the best view.

We were elated when we walked in and saw the gorgeous view of the ocean through the wide expanse of windows and door. Because we four are all seniors in our late 70’s and early80’s, we really appreciated being able to enjoy the ocean views from the condo. This ranks as one of the best condos we have stayed in located on a beach. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Amazing Ocean Views

We loved the location of this property. It has amazing access to the beach. The lovely floor to ceiling windows really highlight the ocean view. The 2 chairs in front of the window are a perfect place to have coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins, pelicans and people go by. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive on the couple of times we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This property is one of the best places we have stayed. Carol is an excellent host. Communication was great and we even shared a glass of wine with her and a friend one evening. Condo was clean and well stocked.Our stay was an off season monthly rental that included a snow covered beach for a few days and a Space X rocket launch! Both are pretty rare events. View and sound of the ocean is fantastic. Garden City / Murrell"s Inlet is a great place for seafood, plenty of restaurants and fresh seafood off the boats.

Best view ever!!

Excellent, again!

This was our second summer vacation to this unit. Carol was wonderful and always very responsive if we had any questions. The condo is clean and well appointed! We didn’t lack any kitchen gadgets, cooking utensils, alliances or conveniences of home. The location is so great. We will be back!!

Place was great and had the best of views from balcony and living room. However, unfortunately we weren't told until we arrived that they would be painting the building (ocean side) all week and needing access to the balcony and maintenance on the AC unit during our stay. The prep work (blasting/sanding) for the painting was quite noisy and disruptive.

One Ocean Place - Paradise on the beach

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 week stay at this beautiful unit. The sunrises each morning from the balcony were breathtaking. We enjoyed walking on the beach which is easily accessed with a private entrance. The unit was exactly as described. My boyfriend really enjoyed watching March Madness on the 85 inch screen TV. The host Carol was prompt with answering any questions. We even got to meet her. She is delightful. The location of One Ocean Place is close to wonderful restaurants, food stores, bakeries, shopping, and tourist attractions. We will be returning to One Ocean Place next year!
