Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback. ”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. “The hotel has a lovely old world charm about it. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is in a good location downtown. However the bathroom was extremely small 1.5m X 1.5m which is a little bit inconvenient especially in the shower cubicle. It appears all the rooms open out onto or are above the cafe on ground floor.
