This hotel surpassed my expectations. It is modern, clean and the area around it is safe and has dining options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The bed is comfortable as expected. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Santiago.

Strong “piss/urine” smell on the 10th floor and inside the rooms. A/c and heater are so loud - you can sleep at all. Sink and toilet are on the opposite side of the room from the shower, this is ridiculous. The entire room feels and smells dated and overused. That piss smell is digusting. This is their best suite, I can imagine what a going on in the cheaper rooms. Breakfast is the same and very limited, takes forever to get fried eggs you order.. front desk (two gay guys) do not how to operate the system and laughing at guests.. location is not very good either..

The staff was very bad, unfriendly and things are not as depicted. The room was not as clean as expected. There was an horrible smell in the bathroom all the time. The breakfast is very limited (eggs, toast, bad coffee, fruits and one or two pastries). Staff was always unfriendly and useless. We cannot recommend this place.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful, the upstairs, pool bar, and pool deck were beautiful and relaxing, and the room was beautiful with every amenity covered. Definitely would go back!
