Hotel Solace was rated a top 10 hotel on a travel review site and I’m so glad we chose it for our trip to Chile. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff goes above and beyond expectations. One concierge in particular, Ignacio was amazing. He provided us restaurant and excursion recommendations, and dealt with our high maintenance “American” needs. We stayed a total of three different occasions and the service or quality never diminished. Rooms are spacious, the rooftop pool and view are a great amenity, and again the staff hands down is one of the best. I have stayed at my share of 4 and 5 star hotels but never felt so welcomed like I have at Hotel Solace.
