"There isn’t AC as would be defined by US standards. But they gave us a fan which was great. It was convenient quiet even though on a busy street. Rosenburg castle was a 7 min walk at most. Hotel entrance is right across from a metro stop (M2). Breakfast offered a huge selection of foods. Staff were helpful. No gym or at least I never found it."

"The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascot Hotel very much but were surprised that there wasn’t a bellman to assist with luggage when we arrived and we had a lot due to a long trip. We had to get a signature suite so that we had enough space to put our two large and two small pieces of luggage as there was not any drawers to put anything in. The closet didn’t have much room in it. The breakfast was generally good but the oatmeal was runny. Maintenance-wise, the carpet up to breakfast is very dirty and the left chair by the elevator is also very dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. There are many dining places close by."

"Room was perfectly clean except for some trash left in the can from previous guests. Hotel overall was clean and has lots of activities for guests of all ages. Huge space with many areas and activities to meet other guests and interact with games, onsite restaurant, many large tables to share, several bars (including a rooftop one with nice views). Would recommend!"
