“The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.”

“Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK.
Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly.
Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes.
ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient.

“Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! ”

“We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest. There was a spa that really helped me relax from all my visits through Egypt this was extra charge but they offered so many options that you can pick. Staff in general very kind and offered a good service. I liked they were so flexible with breakfast,……
