“This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful.”

“My 10 friends and I (11 total) stayed here for 3 nights. Overall we had a great time, the house is spacious and well kept. Biju - the house manager who also lives on property and has full access to the house although extremely helpful and very kind, it was not originally stated that he would be there all the time, as well as living at the house… at first, it felt a bit intrusive at times but when reported it was handled immediately and with ease.
