- Ocean Lakes charges $12 per vehicle, per day, with a discount for pre paying 10 days in advance.

- Parking for 3-4 vehicles at the house (smaller cars only), others must use Ocean Lakes overflow lot.

- Water park and outdoor pool operate seasonally.

- One dog allowed under 35 pounds with a pet fee (no cats). Rottweilers and pit bulls are not allowed per resort policy.
