With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great Location for the seminar I attended

Pros: walking distance to the venue for my seminar at Magnolia's restaurant. Free breakfast coupons, videos, etc.. were a perk..Room was relatively quiet and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly..requires face to face check in. Cons: Room wasn't as clean as I would like and aesthetically needs some maintenance . There is no place for pics but the bathroom had left over soap remnants on the tub in the dish and in no fault of the resort.. a resident had blocked the entrance by parking, unloading and never moved vehicle.. making us unable to pull into the resort and people angry behind us that couldn't move either. The staff did locate the man after about 30 minutes.. Would I stay again? probably for a short stay..

Not Clean

We had to clean and sanitize our room prior to moving our items in. Floors, counters, desk, etc were pretty dirty. There were a handful of roaches in and around the kitchen area that we discarded and went and purchased roach traps.

Check in

When pulling up to check in,no one knew what was happening or what to do,we set in a very long line of cars. They either need a bigger parking lot or have people check in at different times,it’s very confusing. Other than that though the room and property were great.

Let's Check In Already

I attempted to check into my room at 7:30 P.M. and was told the room had not been cleaned yet. The hotel was having issues with the cleaning staff (not sure if not enough staff for the night, was never told.) After multiple discussions with the Assistant Manager, Laura, we were told we can go to our rooms. I could not find a luggage carrier to take our suitcases up to the room. Laura offered and found one for us. She also had the security person help us load the carrier and take it to the room for us. Also, he followed me to the parking deck in his golf cart and brought me back to the hotel. I do not remember his name, but he was so pleasant and helpful. We finally got into our room at 11:30 P. M. I was not the only person going thru the process. I have to say that Laura handled the situation very professionally and she constantly stressed that this is not a true representation of the hotel on a normal day. Anyone in the process that night was compensated for the issue. I will go back to the hotel. It was clean, great view of the beach on the balcony and a fantastic breakfast.
