"This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within easy reach. Good restaurants, a small, but well stocked, supermarket and a lovely beach are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped (we counted 5 corkscrews!!) and located in a residential area which is wonderfully peaceful. The pool and gardens are lovely, and very well maintained. Adam and Sigrin are quick to respond to any questions and happy to provide...

"Great location in nice area; close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Very peaceful, although a bit of aircraft noise at times. Villa was clean and as described. Owner very responsive to queries. There was an issue with the saucepans but new replacements were provided quickly. The internet connection is slow - ok for downloads but a bit marginal for streaming."

"Villa is true to the pictures and was very clean on arrival. Check in process was easy with no interaction face to face. For a family group the property lacked living space aside from the bedrooms and could have been a little more child friendly. Not the fault of the property itself but the location is a good walk away from the restaurants and beach and the walk is tough and all very uphill. There are steps but these are not suitable for buggies."

"Amazing location of villa, close to beautiful sandy beaches, and lovely restaurants. Short driving distance to Mahon. Villa had a wonderful pool and all the amenities including air con for the night. Villa was clean and check-in process was smooth. Suggestions for improvement: Upgrade TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Provision of trivets/mats to keep hot pans on table Maintenance for dishwasher and descaling kettle"

"The house is really lovely - worked really well with a multigenerational group like ours and the hosts were great in making suggestions and responding to questions before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the several outdoor areas, bbq, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Our daughter loved the garden and seeing the cows across the wall. Convenient for exploring the local area and only 20 mins from the airport, with amazing restaurants and beaches on your doorstep....

Plenty of seating inside and out - 10 seater amazing dining table, plenty of sun loungers, toys for the children and fully fitted kitchen with everything we could need. We already knew the area, but it was perfect with the beach, shops and restaurant just down the road. "The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time...

"This was an amazing villa right on the sea front. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief from the heat. I wish the living room also had aircon as it was uncomfortably hot, however the large outside space and pool was where we spent most of our time (bring mosquito repellent for the evenings). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance and right on the beach. I would have no issues recommending this villa."

"Brilliant villa and pool! We stayed during the heatwave - air conditioning would be a real advantage, but ceiling fans worked well in the two main bedrooms. Pool and BBQ area are fantastic, villa rooms are large, great lounge and kitchen. We’ll come back for sure!"

"We had a wonderful holiday and whilst Manorca is a beautiful island it did lack enough of the types of interests to keep us occupied (if your into water sports/events it’s a great place). The Villa’s location was perfect to access all the main amenities. The villa itself had everything we needed for our holiday, though was lacking some TLC in certain areas, sticking patio door, poolside slabs lose etc, nothing major, but noticeable. Our only true complaint is the some of the electric sockets...

"The villa is small, but perfect for us as a couple. Kitchen cupboards have been updated since the photos, well kitted out. Outside area and pool, fantastic. Great sized pool for a swim, clean and well maintained. One small issue - stove top coffee pot provided but no way of lighting hob! Didn't realise until after we'd bought coffee so had to return to supermarket to buy matches! Also, although we didn't use the washing machine, we discovered that it is housed in the back garden! "Really lovely and small complex with direct access to the beach. The apartment was spotless. It even had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge! Great to have complimentary reliable WiFi, and access to UK TV channels. Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers, all with comfy cushioning."

"Nice property for a short break out of season. Surrounding area was very quiet with one small shop open and a couple of restaurants. We had a car so wasn't a problem. Accommodation was nice and spacious. We were lucky with the weather and the pool was open, although we had been told in our communications that it was closed. Overall great break. "
