"They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers."

"I had a wonderful stay in early January, and I was delighted to see that the Christmas tree was still up, it added a nice festive touch. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and an incredibly comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with a mall right next door, and parking was easy in the basement of the building. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nicely heated for laps, and food in restaurants were good. The only problem was getting towels and face cloths for the room. A number of times the room was cleaned but no towels were provided, and had to go look to get some. Only once did we get face cloths on the first day, and never again. "
