We had a delightful stay at Cawdor House, thanks in large part to the fabulous couple who own and run it. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The room we stayed in was small but pleasant and well-kept. As you’d expect in an older house, the walls are a bit thin, but that’s part of the charm and character of a traditional building like this.
Breakfast was a highlight — a lovely continental spread, made even better by the fresh espresso in the morning. It was the perfect kick-start to the day and a thoughtful touch that really stood out.
A charming place with personal service that makes all the difference. Would definitely recommend for a cozy, welcoming stay.
