I did not carry my international adaptor. They kindly gave me this to use temporarily. Later they help me know how to get one from Sarit Center.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and had such an easy, relaxing feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Definitely a place I’d choose again on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski, and this being my third visit this year says it all. Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service. The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.

The service was spectacular, fast, efficient, friendly on all fronts including front desk, room service, housekeeping, everything.
