The room was beautiful with many unique touches and lovely decorative esthetics! The bed was very comfortable, the view was perfect and the staff were the best!! A great stop on our travel vacation up Vancouver Island!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were enough towels which was great. (the last hotel I stayed at gave very few towels.) The owner was wonderful and friendly. The view was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

This a quaint motel that faces the waterfront in Qualicum Beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped with an electric fireplace, air conditioning, bar fridge, coffee maker and microwave. It has a small balcony facing the beach and free onsite parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found our stay pleasant and relaxing.

Although expensive, as per most of downtown Toronto, the staff here went above and beyond to be helpful, from reception to catering staff. They deserve to be singled out and thanked as you don't often see this extent of superb service.

This was our second visit. Simmi welcomed us with ❤️. A special place, different from all others. The wide ocean view from the rooms is spectacular and just a quick walk across the street a great food pub. Comfortable beds, great shower and all the amenities you need. Super quiet.

The room was clean and spacious and the view from the sitting area was amazing. It was nice to have a kitchenette and it was well equipped however the electric kettle was very stained and not too appealing. We found the bed to not be very comfortable but were pleased otherwise. The location was great right across from the boardwalk and a pub restaurant. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean. Staff was warm and welcoming. The view of the ocean was very nice. Across the road is a restaurant called Shady Rest and we had a good prime rib dinner. Room had 2 wine glasses and a corkscrew which I thought was a nice touch. Lots of parking and there is public parking across the street if needed.

After decades of travel for work and pleasure, I am convinced the strength of any hostelry is two-fold. The bed and the shower. At Casa Grande, both mattresses in our room were far beyond their best before date. The water pressure was good. The view was excellent.if you start the day cranky due to lack of sleep, nothing else really matters. Pay more attention to providing better rest for your guests. Even budget outlets such as Super 8 offer better beds. Positively, the front desk staff member was excellent.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular. Also, within a very short walk (just across the street) is a very nice restaurant that was right on the water. The room was very clean and well appointed. The balcony, although small, was a nice touch. Staff were excellent. At the risk of sounding too critical, we were disappointed with the size of the bathroom and the fact the hair dryer did not work and a light was out. But to be fair it was looked after in a timely manner.

The rooms were clean, nicely arranged, and the beds/pillows were delightfully comfortable. The staff members was exceptionally helpful. The only thing I noticed that was a concern was the outflow from the eaves flowed onto the 2nd floor balcony. It was green and slimy. In the colder temps, this will freeze and be dangerous. The hotel is across the street from an excellent pub. My family loved their dinner as I did, too. A great stay. I'll be coming here again.
