"I do not recommend this place we arrived and they said that the breakfast did not start till June 15 so it was just a continental breakfast. Our room was dirty bugs in the bathroom got woken up on our last day when they said we could check out at 12 housekeeping banging on the door would not stay ..."

"I’ve stayed here a few times now and it might now be my forever go-to in Nantucket. Perfectly located, walking distance from ferry, and across the street from the best wine bar Ethos. Staff is fantastic and it’s a lovely stay. Thank you 21 Broad!"

"The whole property was well maintained. Continental breakfast was good but would have been nice if food options changed more frequently. We had the same meal for 4 days in a row.
