I especially loved having the fireplace lit in the room it made everything feel cozy and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious as well. "Le Rustique is a charming haven just far enough from the bustling town of Nanyuki, while still very close. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the cottages are roomy, comfortable and quaint. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign reminding the guests to treat the very fine staff with the respect they deserve or be asked to leave. "
