Apparently ‘overbooked’ the Accessible Room we had booked & FULLY PAID for weeks prior to our visit. Fulltime wheelchair user and offered us a standard ground floor room! Don’t even check in. Requested them to locate an Accessible Room: roll in shower, rails by toilet etc that we had already booked ...

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortably sized for two people. However, the parking charges were slightly expensive compared to other accommodations I stayed at during my 19-day road trip across the North Island. Overall is good !!

A genuine oceanfront hotel with an amazing environment—staying here is truly relaxing. Parking is convenient, it’s very quiet at night, and the cleanliness is good as well. I would definitely come back again.
