Master on main floor w/ dual sinks, water closet, large walk-in shower, and custom closet. 3 king beds. 4th BR has bunk bed; 1 full, 1 twin. 5th BR purposed as den w/ Queen sized Murphy bed. Large screened lanai. Weber gas grill for cook outs. Separate wine cooler to have your favorite wines chilled and ready. High speed internet for work or pleasure. Located near the Ritz Carlton, Mercato shops and dining. 0.4 mi walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach. Equipped with 2 adult bikes, 4 children’s bikes and plenty of beach supplies (Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, etc.) Family friendly with games, books, toys, scooters, pack-n-play, and more. No pets.
