The Space:
PRIVATE RETREAT WITH ROOM TO ROAM
Set on 11 scenic acres in Goodlettsville, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is just a short drive from downtown Nashville. It's believed to include the childhood home of Brenda Lee—the voice behind “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” The house was relocated here in the 1980s. While Brenda didn’t live at this address, part of the original structure remains. You’ll find decor and storytelling throughout the home that honor her legacy and Nashville's musical roots.

You’ll have private access to the entire 4-bedroom home, including a hot tub, sunroom, deck, firepit, and kids’ play area. The home has its own separate entrance for added privacy.

• Outdoor pool (open April–September), reservable for private swim time
• Game room with pool table, air hockey, and arcade machines — typically unused by our family
• Creekside walking trails and natural spaces around the property

Self-check-in is easy, and we provide free parking for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in historic Magnolia Station — just 2 miles from I-65 and around 10 minutes to Rivergate Mall for shopping and dining. Downtown Nashville is 20–30 minutes away and offers live music, restaurants, and nightlife. Goodlettsville’s antique district is only 4 miles from the house.

Although it’s close to everything, the retreat feels tucked away. Set at the end of a quarter-mile gravel drive, it’s not unusual to spot deer, turkeys, or grazing cattle nearby — a quiet country vibe without sacrificing convenience.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft serve the property directly. A typical ride to downtown Nashville runs about $23–$43. Public transportation is about 10 minutes away. Most guests say they wish they had stayed longer just to enjoy the property.

Other Things to Note:
• This is a family-friendly space.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking area provided. $150+ cleaning fee for violations.
• Guests within 50 miles must book a 2-night minimum, pay a $250 refundable deposit, and answer a brief pre-stay questionnaire.
• Parties or events must be pre-approved and may fall under our Large Event Policy. Groups larger than your booked guest count require advance discussion.
• $25/night fee applies for each guest over 10 people.
• Weekly stays (7+ nights) receive 10% off. Monthly stays (30+ nights) receive 25% off.
• Signed rental agreement, valid email, and billing address are required before check-in.
• Apple Maps and Siri often misdirect — please use Google Maps.
• The property has exterior security cameras and Ring doorbells.
• Pets are welcome if house-trained, bathed weekly, crated when unattended, and kept off furniture. $100 refundable pet deposit required.
