This listing is two side-by-side units; 3 floors in each unit. Note: 2 cots stored on site in each of the units.
Getting Around:
Ride sharing companies can provide delivery to the property address. Make sure they use the address 1005 12th Ave South, Nashville, 37203. You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.)
Other Things to Note:
Please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. The units are two separate side by side units. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement. The property comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests; please adhere to this maximum occupancy. The minimum age for renters is 21. For parking, you have access to the garage. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved and a fee is paid. Please be aware that any cleaning or maintenance issues will be addressed promptly by our management team during your stay, and refunds are generally not provided unless the issue cannot be resolved.
