Parking out front was never an issue. $6-8 Uber to downtown was much cheaper and convenient than parking. Only issue was we had to buy a lighter for the grill as the switch isn’t working. This place had everything we needed! Location was great as it was 10 minutes to everywhere. The rooftop patio was a perfect gathering place for drinking games and just hanging out. House was cute, but worn in spots which was fine for our group. Few minor hiccups with property, but they were always very responsive! Worked great for my daughters 21st Birthday weekend.
