“This hotel really fell short for me on the customer service front. Despite my arriving at the property before 10 PM and departing after 8 AM, I never saw any staff at the front desk. If everything had gone as planned, this could have been okay, but unfortunately there was an issue and the only way to receive any support was by chatting with the staff via the Expedia app (and one of my messages they didn’t even respond to). The room I had was dark and small and there were multiple noises heard……

“Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it.”
