It doesn't pretend to be anything other than it is.
The cabin has a great view of the water across the road and is only 15 minutes to pt. Townsend.
The price is it's strongest advantage but it's a quaint spot for a stay that you're unlikely to forget!

The stay was amazing.
For the price you simply can’t beat it.
The hosts were very kind and easy to get a hold of.
The kitchen and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of space for dining, playing card games, and for lounging. The deck was covered and very cozy.
The bed sheets are a bit outdated, the road is a little loud nearby and the toilet was really close to the wall but otherwise it was a very clean and comfortable environment and we would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

We drove past before check in time and saw a note in the hosts window saying that they had gone to town which was no problem but when we attempted to call later to let the host know we’d be arriving late we couldn’t get through. Both numbers we found were “out of service”. We then called Expedia and they could not get through either getting the same message. When we did arrive at VVM everything went great and the place was perfect for us. It would have eased our minds if we could have contacted the host and not had to worry if we would have a place to stay for Lavender Festival weekend.
