The direct access to the beach was key!Some issues with communication - there was a significant amount of dog poop in the yard and when we notified the company, we didn’t get a response until over 24 hours until I brought it up again. We were not able to utilize the backyard until day three of our stay. The electrical plugs in the three bathrooms didn’t work, we had to utilize plugs in bedrooms to dry hair. It was beautiful set up so we could all be in the great room and all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The children loved the pool and games, and the beach was glorious. The kitchen is very well stocked with two refrigerators, two dishwasher, and there are even two washers and dryers. The elevator worked though we didn't use it for fear of breaking it. The management was very nice and communicative.
