“The stay started off with some difficulties because we were asked to cancel our reservation three days before check-in. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue and keep our booking by paying an additional fee.
After that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially our barista, Sali, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean when we arrived, although they were not cleaned daily. However, clean towels were always provided whenever we requested them.
