"Check in was fast and went very smoothly. Joseph was very welcoming and engaging. I forgot my toothbrush and he was understanding and produced one from behind the desk. Room service was also timely AND delicious. The server who took my order was so nice and the two gals who delivered the food/drinks were very friendly and helpful. Positive experience all around!! "

"Hotel has a decent swimming pool and hot tub. My grand daughter swam in the pool for couple of hours. The room was very spacious. Never been to a hotel room bigger than this one. I have traveled to many countries and cities. Furniture and electric outlets needs update but they worked fine. Overall 4.5/5 star. "

"Stayed 2 nights for a wedding in Sherwood. Clean room, and they did "tidy" our room after our first night with clean towels and emptying our garbage, even though we didn't request it. There was only 1 elevator, for 4 floors, but it wasn't bad for wait time even when others were using it. They had a 24/7 "market" area with some snacks and even burritos/chimichangas and pizzas with a pizza oven in case you get hungry after every thing is closed. That was pretty convenient and nice, considering my boyfriend always gets hungry at midnight and we didn't prepare with snacks our first night. I believe all rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge too, ours did. "
