As you enter Elk Meadows, you'll be greeted by the grandeur of its vaulted ceilings, which give the home an open and airy feel. The abundant windows throughout the house flood each room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  
  
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Modern fixtures and finishes add a touch of elegance to the overall aesthetic. A separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen provides the perfect space for entertaining guests or enjoying intimate family meals. Through the large sliding glass door, enjoy the outdoor deck equipped with a Weber BBQ, cozy seating, and, if you are lucky, views of the local elk herd that lives in the area.  
  
Elk Meadows offers not just one but two spacious living spaces to accommodate your lifestyle needs. The main living area is on the ground floor, perfect for everyday relaxation and quiet evenings. Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people. This home sits on the south side of Manzanita less than two blocks from downtown Manzanita. The beach is at the end of our street.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
We are an established local management company that is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this coastal rental! The home was perfect—clean, beautiful, and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near great restaurants and trailheads. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: comfy beds, beach chairs, bean bag toss, multiple games, and a cozy fire pit. The kitchen was incredibly well-organized with labeled supplies and a selection of spices. Beautiful, tasteful artwork made it feel like home. The high-quality shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing, and the organized binders had everything we needed. Communication with the staff was easy and responsive at any time of day. A special surprise: they knew I was celebrating a milestone birthday and left a card signed by the entire team—such a sweet touch! The backyard was expansive and scenic, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. A truly memorable experience—we would definitely rent this property again!

#### Beautiful home but lots of nearby construction

This is a beautiful home. Rental company has cleaned and prepared it well. We are allergic to perfumes, however,and all the bedding is perfumed by the “bounce” product. Wish there was more outdoor space without grasses that are seeding but the covered deck was great.Next visit we will bring our own bedding.
