"Room was spotless, beautifully appointed and stylish design, high end products in the bathrooms, staff were incredible and attentive. Great location, short walk to everything in downtown Nelson Bay. A bar at reception with a fabulous selection of beverages, also all available in a vending machine for out-of-hours. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There’s a food van on-site open from 8-3pm that does food and coffee which we weren’t aware of until we arrived. It just kept getting better! Also there was plates, bowls and cutlery as well as still and sparkling filtered water available at reception."

"Excellent location near marina and shopping area. Booked standard queen room which was perfect. Spacious and very clean. Bathroom good size and shower. Balcony had no Seaview but looked onto garden/sitting area and was very quiet!!! Top floor had pool and great view of town, sea and surrounding are. Staff very friendly. Thankyou. Will defs be returning ! Stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer. Five stars out of five and I’m very critical usually!!"
