“Mandy rang us to ask what time we would expect to be there on the day, then met us as we parked up. Mandy was very friendly and warm. There were fresh cakes and coffee/tea when you are in the reception, you help yourself. Everything was spotless. The room was amazing, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was perfect, the french toast was epic, you won't need lunch, the portion was a great size. I would recommend the home made granola, delicious....

“Excellent hotel. Larger than I expected. Staff very kind and helpful.
Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Really couldn’t fault it.
Super easy parking.
Great location for castle and town: beautiful location, and very modern building behind the street frontage.
Dinner was good. Service excellent. Wish I had booked more nights.
Oh, and BTW, the smell of the hand and shower soap was phenomenal.”

“The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast menu and options were delightful and delicious. My husband recommends the Smoke trout and eggs. we loved the authenticity of our experience. The location was fantastic It was a very short walk to the ocean and we thoroughly enjoyed all the lovely people and their beautiful dogs. Very dog friendly town. ”
